About the Event
The training will be spread over 4 days (Sep 5, Sep 7, Sep 12, Sep 14) and will be held between 11am and 1pm Dubai time on zoom.
The 4 sessions will cover the following topics.
- Budgeting (Basics, Benefits & Process)
- Human Behaviour, commitment from top and “all buy-in”
- Strategic, budgetary and operational planning
- Budgeting revenue, overheads and expenses
- Break-even analysis
- Cost behaviour (fixed, variable and semi-fixed costs)
- Direct & indirect costs
- Absorption costing, marginal costing and analysis of costs
- Accrual basis of accounting
- Variance Analysis & closed loop feedback
